okay Ichigo cannot be seen by humans while in spirit form so link shouldnt be able to see him other than that its good

Good...
Although, I highly recommend that you try a vCam (or Scripted Camera), it's this little camera that you can move around the stage, and you can scale it so that what the camera sees is stretched across the entire stage when you play it in SWF form.
Also, for jumps and all that, I think you should use Paths and Eased Tweens, that would look awesome!

Eww, small sprite like graphics >.<, Well, I don't mind that too much, but there isn't much, well, anything going on other than the small space where Link and Ichigo are. Music was good, maybe you could use a couple more of Link's arsenal of weapons, he has so many it's a shame not to. I'm not sure about Ichigo, I never really got too into Bleach, so when I say Link should win, it's a bias'd opinion.
it was alright but i have one problem
THE MASTER SWORD ISN'T THE HOOKSHOT! Aside from that MAJOR flaw, the animation wasn't real fluid and there was a lack of movement from mostly Link. also if you can;t deside who wins, have both win and let the view deside who wins. so that way no one will complain that [name of person] didn't win.

I do that in most of my flash and give a choice of who wins but this time probably won't do it this time.

But how can link see Ichigo? Shouldn't Link's sword go right through him and not do anything? Anyway, nice job with the sprites. Give them more moves. I think it will be cooler. Also in the next one, you should make the battleground more treacherous. u know what I mean? Alright, good luck on the next one.
