Kinda Silly But...
It wasn't really funny. The first part with the CIA agent was OK, but the parts with all the telemarketers, and the "Taliban man" being too afraid for his life or whatever to keep them on the line was stupid. The voice was dead-on though (no scratches, good EQ, great imitations too by the way), so either you have a great sense of how to record with your computer or it's ripped off.

A sincere thanks for making a movie like this. It was funny and creative. Anyone could have made another "annihilate Osama" movie, but you chose to respond in a humorous and non-violent fashion that was clever. I thank you for not encouraging more death or acts of hateful vengeance through your film, and for not encouraging the destruction of nations by bombings or nukes to destroy a single man. Thank you especially for not encouraging people to cultivate their hate and anger and lash out to try and satiate it. Thanks for using your creativity and making something enjoyable.
