This is not good at all.
First of all, Let me just say that I am Canadian, and I do NOT like the idea of our capital city getting nuked by Kim Jong Il. That should get zeros automatically. Secondly, I am confident in saying that Ottawa nuke-age aside, this is just... bad. Not funny at all. Try a plot line next time with your humor aside from ridiculous, poorly drawn clips of random shtick. Try again.
