very nice anime and fluid graphics
but i agree. music sucked.
also the "hero" reminded me too much of gigantor. that very very old anime. like 50s anime. along with astroboy.

NES music beat you
Like others have said, and as a person that barely uses his account except when he feels a submission has petential - PLEASE GET BETTER MUSIC. Get some upbeat crappy jpop band no one has heard of, or atleast CD quality crap, that was A+ animation with 8-bit sound shit
Exactly what you were aiming for.
Someone mentioned they thought the music was the wrong choice. i definately disagree with that, this is exactly completely what i would expect from the style he used. to me it felt very retro in alot of ways, and the choice of music really pulled the whole feel together. think back to the out of control anime styles if you've ever seen them, and this is very similar. i give you an overall of 9 JUST because you nailed the style.
Animation!
Your animation is great. The music though, was like a quick and happy peice. I guess it worked out, but more combat-feeling music would have carried the feeling more.
Wow! That was cool!
The animation was T.V. quality and the art was amazingly sharp and top notch. It was like watching a digitally remastered anime opening from the 1970s. Quality like that is hard to match. The only problem I had with this animation is that the music was highly annoying and I had no idea what or who Darth Vader was fighting. Other than that, Wonderful job!
