Not bad, but a little weird.
The idea was a little weird, and it ran a little slow. Overall, it was okay, but not too good. But mixing those two together... a little strange.
I'm sure you can do better...
You seem to know use Flash, but you need more practice and inspiration... Please add more details and be more creative with your work and maybe you will be on the top of NG one day...

I would try running it at a higher frame rate, and the silence kinda bugged me, seemed a little long. Also, just as a hint, porportanately, Sephiroths head was too small. Good job Though.
