Very good, one small issue
Excellent music! Only thing I can say is that the noise that comes in at 1:54 (the noise that hits every beat or so and is panned to the left) is far too loud, it is actually rather distracting. If you were to just turn down the volume on that a little bit this song would basically be perfect (also, before you ask, I am listening with headphones, not earbuds or anything).

I understand where you're coming from, but that specific beat is something I hold very dear to my heart (hint: it's the weapon acquired music beat from the oldskool Mega man games. okay that's totally not a hint T_T). I'm gonna try and reduce the volume and see if it still comes out okay, but if it doesn't, I'm totally letting it sit where it's at! XDD

This is interesting
Combining 8-bit with some modern style really gave some surprising results. I like 8-bit enough but this is just too unbelievable. Once again, you have impressed us.
And yes, this would totally fit in a megaman game. In fact i could make a flash with this song cept i don't got flash ):
