Very nice, could use a new song. I don't like where I have to start at the begining after going so far up, it's a little aggravating.

Not bad, could be better..
I think the character is cute and the game is not bad, but you can improve this:
-Killing your character as soon as he touches the screen is too frustrating. Give him some life gauge.
-Don't send the player to the beggining when he's dead. Make him start at the screen he died.
- The turtle may flip horizontally to face the direction it is heading.
- Add a cool explosion animation when it dies.
- Add a gratifing sound when the player finishes a screen and every time he does something good, like picking gas.
I know programming is not easy. Keep the games coming!

The problem with this game is that it's simply not fun to play, between the unresponsive controls and annoying "ambience". You should at least give some semblance of a reason that the character is a turtle with a jetpack, and why touching walls will kill him.
Now whether your movie survives depends on whether the portal has standards.
