The flash was metaphorical in some ways. It was actually more like a still art peice than a flash film. Quite original indeed.

Sad, but at a good way
Actually this flash is good.
The music fits the flash, it gives you a sad feeling.
And i think that's what you wanted to do.
The character was special and especially the face is good done.
With the sharp teeths she has.
The background was like a base, a secret base i think.
I Like this loop, it gives you a sad feeling if you look and listen to it for a few minutes.
This isn't my favorite flash but it isn't bad too.
Good work, i hope to see more from you, i think if you make a longer flash more people should like it and you could let see what you really could do with flash.

thanks man, I wasn't particularly aiming for a sad feeling, but hey, anything goes :D. glad you liked it sir, I really would like to sit down and truely put some effort into something, but therein lies the problem it might be in vain :(. also I'm lazy XD
Meh....
Alright... so it wasn't exactly what I was expecting, I was thinking of something a lil more emo-ish and whiny, ((..what usually passes as 'flash work' around here...>.<)) But instead, its a bit more simple, direct, and to the point. Though i'm not sure what the point of it was originally supposed to be, you put forth alot more effort than the other %80 of users on here who havent even posted anything, yet still complain about others. I understand why its 'turd of the week' , but at least thank you for trying and getting your inner thoughts and whatnot out here so people can see your potential.
Technical stuff/possible meaning- Anime girl style character? Alright, so it was a female who ripped out your heart? I'm guessing maby emotionally.
Grainy flickering overcast? Nice 'gloomish' effect.
...and...meh, thats all I got on this one. Really looking foreward to more, no matter where they end up. ^^

why TOTW?
I've seen pictures that do nothing even worse than this.. but hey, its still an award. The picture looked cool but the static and music creeped me out a bit. I hate it when people automatically 'attack' the flash just cause it got TOTW(the reviews are amusing enough though) And i don't know if it was just me but after looking at it for a while and then closing the window it DID feel like my heart was being ripped out.. anyway, good flash (or picture)
