Wow, another awesome character design. The only thing I can really add on to the comments is that you should also consider adding a coloured background, or even a scenery behind him like what you did for your other characters, such as Robosam #4.
This character really deserves more then that dull white background.

that one was made for a client, they didn't need a background ;) and I am not that good with backgrounds too begin with ;d lol
