As far as sprites go...
That was alright. Although I don't know why you didn't use sprites for the Megabuster effect. Also some of the maneuvers Megaman pulled off didn't look like they were from any of the games I've played (The spin jump, the dodge, the crouch and the getting up sprite in particular). Did you edit some of the sprites?
Also BananaMan looks fun to fight. If you know how you should make a flash game with him.
