you are one of the two people to pass the test
1)no rotated, distorted sprites
2)hardly repeated sfx
3)zero isn't a girl
4)it dosent change sprite version
5)feet dont sink into the ground
4)walking is at a realistic speed

This is absolutley why I come to NG, to see excellent flashes like this, the Bitey series, Super Mario Z, and any that are excellent to watch...but on to the critique
1)Nice choice of music and the slo-mo effects from the matrix, you did this quite well, every other movie just dulls the slo-mo effect and gets tiresome
2)I saw the original, a vast improvement!
3)Character were great also, however, only Zero was my favorite, although I am a major fan, he was the only character I know (have the MMZ series-except 4 *throws tantrum*)
Lets talk Characters:
Zero-funny that you chose the MMZ zero from the GBA series, most sprite flashes I have seen have used Zero from the X series, I absolutley LOVED the "fusion" between Cyber X and Zero-if only he could do that in the games
**only question is, was he gulping or Huffing when Sonic got blown away?**
Neji-not my most favorite character, haven't played the games, and I am now starting to watch the Naruto series. He's probably the most arrogant character in the series always saying "your destiny to do this or be a failure....", but thankfully, he gets his ass kicked by Naruto (in the series) and by Bass. Nice gag with his alternate ending, however, as you said in one post, you didn't add Naruto, if you added Naruto as a fifth element, Neji would have fared better, but still get his ass kicked anyway (seeing how Naruto has 2 chakra powers)
Sonic-Not a well known character to me, never played any of the sonic games, running and jumping isn't my type of games, however, I do have a Sonic 2 for gamegear but thats it. I have a couple of questions
1)Who or what was the third party member when Sonic owning Bass (for around 3 seconds or more) I saw Knuckles and Shadow (I think) but who was the third?
2)a little disappointing that he didn't go super (only in the alternate ending), yet I feel, in my opinion, he would still get owned (I think)
Bass-this is a character I do not know. I have Mega Man games, but a massive gap of MM3, MM6, MMX5 & 6, and the MMZ series, yet I have seen plenty of this guy in some of the flashes-Bass's Revenge series.
overall, I thought that this was an excellent piece of work, cannot wait to see more of your work

I'll like to begin the answer by giving you a big "thanks" for the great review.
1. Question: Hehe... he is a soft soul who couldn't bare to see a hedgehodge get blown to oblivion :)
2. Question: The third member was Emerl, the main hero in Super Sonic Battles.
3. Question: Trust me ! Super Sonic VS all the others would be like a Butcher /w bazooka VS a headless chicken. This is not a fan-opinion, I don't even really like Sonic :)
Loose info: Bass appears for the first time in MM7 and is a play-able char in Megaman and Bass.

One of the best mix fighting movie that I have seen, could have put more characters.The graphics and effects were great.
