It was alright I guess
From what I see you appear to read reviews so giving an actual critique will be worthwhile here
Animation-wise, it seems to me that your characters are designed to not have mouths, which is just laziness on your part. There is no real animation here, so that needs to be improved as well.
The voice acting is pretty good so I don't really have any complaints there.
The writing isn't too great, it seems (from the couple of episodes I've seen) that you are just trying to be zany all the time instead of structuring good plots and jokes. Not only that, but it appears you often (maybe unintentionally) steal jokes from the simpsons/family guy/whatever
As for the general concept of the series, it's kind of short-sighted and weak. There is no real justification for the series and the fact the characters are monsters are completely irrelevant to the series. It occurs to me you probably just took this route to avoid lip sync. As much as I hate doing lip sync and can sympathize, that's pretty weak on your part
barely passable, if you want to make a good or great web series, you are probably going to have to either start over or heavily revamp

From a lot of the comments you made, you're obviously expecting a different series. It is what it is, and there are people who love it, and people who don't. That's how everything is.
I don't lip sync this series because it's a waste of time on a series that is just random, stupid jokes. And the series is NOT supposed to have a plot, which goes back to you expecting something that the series was not meant to be from the beginning. And I don't recall any stolen jokes... I'm sure I've stuck a reference or two in there somewhere, but never stolen.
"Apartment 51" is just a stupid little cartoon series whose sole purpose is to provide a few good laughs and entertainment, and not something to be taken seriously, and is certainly not expected to be a fantastically animated tour de force.
And I say all this with utmost respect, I know a lot of artists bash bad reviews, I don't. Well, atleast not reviews like this, the ones where people say "suck a nut" or something, yeah, I'm gonna bash them to hell for being stupid.
I know this series is not everyone's cup of tea, but there's a reason its got high scores and wins daily awards - a lot of people get it and like it for what it's supposed to be. And in the end, if I can provide a few laughs and entertainment to people in this fucked up world of ours, then I've done my job.

I have no experience creating flash what so ever, so even though that would make me a perfect flash critic for say the New York Times, I'll hold back here. (I liked the character detail used in the first few episodes better than the latest few.) But the content has held up, if not improved, so good on you. I think the episode was hilarious. Thanks for the throw back with Mothman's "ohmygodohmygod,etc....". That made me laugh almost as much as the "WIIII" bit. Keep up the good work.
