I love her design so much. Her personality suits it well haha.
I'd say go with the watermarks but make it small and faint. For example, don't make it large because it's an eyesore, and don't make it incredibly bright either. (Obviously. xD)
What I've seen some people do is make a very small pixel watermark of their username, and hide it somewhere well in the picture.

Please, no watermarks. I hate stolen work as much as the next guy, but it desecrates the image. I like the coloring for this character, it doesn't seem to match the character at all; but that just goes to show you can't judge a book by it's cover.

A name? What about Dota5? The 5 at the end sounds robotic and separates it from a taken name.
