A nice attempt but...
The sound clips were a little hard to udnerstand and the entry really wasn't very funny at all. Keep at it though I'm sure you'll do better next time.

Plot Plot please gimme a Plot
so it was a courtroom and their were clocks
that weren't really animated the just wobbled
and the represented somewhat the music they played
I can tell you spent a long time on this
but it is really really bad
so if you just add some meaning to your flashes
you know beggining middle end at least

An incredibly poor attempt at forced humor.
So we have Phoenix Wrong. A series created and beloved because of the clever use of animations from Capcom's Phoenix Wright series set to quips and quotes from today's popular culture. Take the Phoenix Wright characters away and replace everything with things mixed with clocks, and what do you get? A bunch of clocks that nobody seems to care about saying inane things that aren't very funny.
This is akin to taking the jokes from the classic series Mad Movies and simply showing new films with the same style of humor. The result is... less than stellar, to to put it very lightly. This flash animation has taken the Phoenix Wrong series and removed that which makes it funny, replacing it with something inane that perhaps only three to four people will truly understand.
Perhaps you can claim it as a spoof, but it's a spoof of a spoof; and not even a very good one, at that. The joy of having actual people and their overdone expressions in the jokes is lost, replaced by... well, clocks.
"If you don't like Clocks, just don't watch and don't vote okay?"
Sadly, were you able to produce something worth watching, I doubt you would have needed this disclaimer. Try and focus on making animations for people outside your own little niche, and perhaps you won't find yourself being panned for your sheer stupidity.
The IIDX clock gave me a bit of a chuckle, but the rest of this gave me a bit of a stomach ulcer. Doesn't exactly balance out in the end to your favor now does it?

Didn't Expect Much
I told myself that I would try to sit through another Clock Crew flash, and I'm sorry that I did. Nothing was funny, which is what the Phoenix Wrong series is about. Sorry, but once again you succeed at failing to impress.
It might help you stopped using the computer-generated voices ...
