Reviews for "Halloween Ball Movie"

No skip ahead button

Most people on NG don't have an attention span long enough to sit through the music to see whats going to happen.

Or even for replay value. The music was... interesting, and I credit that.

Radam responds:

Yeah. After a few times through, even I was wishing I'd added one, but this movie was made to follow in the footsteps of its predecessor, "Radam's Dumb Ball Movie."

The heart of the piece lies in the ball rolling across the screen. I think I'm glad I left it like I did.

Thanks for the feedback, though. If you liked N.I.L.8, go to their site. Sign the guestbook, take a survey, tell a joke, and download everything they've ever produced without paying them one thin dime.

Again, if you don't like the movie, at least give it a two. We've all seen far worse, and we know it.

mmmmmmhhhhhhh.......

the music sucked.the premise was good.I must be stoned to have enjoyed it.thank you for the reality check.

Radam responds:

The music sucked? I'm an N.I.L.8 fan, so I don't get that, but I picked it more for the seasonal appeal, anyway.

Thanks for taking the time to review it, and I'm glad to see you enjoyed it on at least a few levels.

And, as part of my ongoing reality check: if you don't like it, get in the Halloween spirit and at least vote 2. You and I both know we've seen some much worse garbage pass through the Portal.

What a surprise ending!

Wow, Radam, you really are kickin some ass in Flash man! I listened to a rockin N.I.L.8. song as I watched the pumpkin ball make it's way to the end and BOO! A scary little pumpkin face appears, and then it gave me candy! First a 5th Avenue, then some Ice Breakers, then a no-expense trip to Hobgoblinspookadelic (yes I did watch it three times). What a show! What an ending! Radam defines quality, people.

Radam responds:

So, you got the big prize, huh?

Thanks for the support, man. I'm glad to hear a kind word. I'd be glad to hear a critical word, too, were it more productive than, "THIS IS FAGET SHIT!!!!!111!!!"

Anyway, I'm trying to improve. Frank deserves a lot of credit on this one. He's helped me out a lot, and I'm sure it's got to be like teaching auto mechanics to your dog.

Thanks for pointing out that there's a little more to this one than the last.

And to others: if you don't like it, at least give it a 2. You know you've seen far worse.

Eek!

You gave this entry a 0 (you rotten bastard!), lowering its score to 1.80!

...Sorry :-o

Radam responds:

It only hurts if you say you're sorry, sir. It means you have regrets, and that being the case, you should have acted differently.

Furthermore, by the merits of my piece alone, and not nepotism, I think I deserve a good 2. I incorporated music. I used non-stick graphics. Things move at a manageable frame rate. My grammar is fine. There's a working randomizer, for Christ's sake.

To those who want to vote me low, at least give me a one or a two. You've seen far worse, and you know it.

I was so scared.

That I couldn't move...

Thanks for voting, Shrapnel!
Your vote was worth 9.88 votes. The more experience points you have, the more your vote is worth!

You gave this entry a 5, raising its score to 2.32!

Radam responds:

The review is organic. This isn't nepotism; Shrapnel really likes it! I think I like this even better than straight tens.

Don't let that make you guys think you can stop voting straight 5's, though.

Thank you, Shrapnel.
