'no flash movies created' is different from 'no flash movies submitted to NG'.
But besides that, you don't have to be a chicken to critique an omelette. I don't need to be a bloody engineer to see that the tower of Pisa is indeed leaning.
I just mean to point out the flaw in your argument: you may feel a certain way about art/music/food/toilet paper/whatever, and you also may, thanks to language, express your feelings about whatever-it-is. I can say "I think Pablo Picasso is a retarded waste of canvas" without having to pick up a paintbrush.
But don't get me wrong: there are plenty of twits around here that probably shouldn't bother reviewing.

Not bad for a vid with no action or comedy
This movie had some of the best effects i've seen in a flash keep it up. This movie had a great meaning to it about the outlook on life.
