I like the synths you use, the melodies are pretty good. It just comes down to getting better with whatever program your using. And with time, you'll be pretty damn good.

you seem to already have a good concept filters and beat structure. My recommendation is to try to develop a better melody you can put this to. also, try to put more variation into your percussion.
what synth are you using? from what I can hear, sounds like sytrus, but I could be wrong.
keep experimenting! you'll be sure to improve as long as you practice.
I'd rate this a 6, but I'll give you a 7 for your effort. let me know if you have any other songs in the future, I'll see about reviewing them as well :)
