Well, I'd suggest you take some tutorials on youtube. Maybe alter the beat a bit at the beggining, don't make it too long either.

you seem to already have a good concept filters and beat structure. My recommendation is to try to develop a better melody you can put this to. also, try to put more variation into your percussion.
what synth are you using? from what I can hear, sounds like sytrus, but I could be wrong.
keep experimenting! you'll be sure to improve as long as you practice.
I'd rate this a 6, but I'll give you a 7 for your effort. let me know if you have any other songs in the future, I'll see about reviewing them as well :)
