i feel realy bad now.

Thoughtful, classy, and fun.

Tri-achnid is a rare gem. You can tell that oh so very much thought went into this one.

Graphics- Very much in sync with each other, creating a uniform style. Overall, a slightly gothic landscape of sepia and muted colors. Simple but polished. Apart from several pixelated shading foreground images, very nice.

Sound: I can see why someone would choose this music. It very much resonates with the sepia/toned down color environment. The sad, willowy tunes make a player sympathys with the tri-arachnid, a creature whose appearance might otherwise suggest the antagonist.
(Alas, it does get kind of repetative after a while)

Violence: Sharp objects hurt you, tiny creatures attack you, you can eat said tiny creatures, slamming legs down hurts you, stomach acid kills you, etc.
Everything here is a show of nature's indifference. The violence is not unnecessarily gory or gross. Nothing to warrant more than an E rating.

Humor: Kind of funny in a twisted, cute way. Nothing in the vein of ZOMGLOLLERS, but then, it's not trying to be.

Style/Interactivity: This game is ambitious, but the controls seem to fall short of the goal. The legs move clunkily, and at first it seems impossible to control the damned thing. But even though it is a bit clunky, (okay, really clunky at times,) the feel of the game is FUN. This kind of movement is mostly unprecidented, so it isn't much of a stretch to expect issues, like the camera problems that the first 3d systems had. And lots of fun 'powers' that the tri-achnid have make the game a blast. (A tip: Wrap the egg sack in webbing to keep it from flopping to its doom. :)
The whole thing comes together in a really cool way. It would make a great DS game.

Overall, 10/10. Despite its flaws, it shines so well, that I couldn't bring myself to give it anything less.
