too easy to die
i really like rpg games, especially those creepy locked in a house -ones. at first, yours seemed pretty cool as well... until i realized i could randomly get killed for no reason whatsoever. didnt really like that (and made me wanna play less as well). maybe ill try again some time - if i feel like putting up with having my face cut off. ;-)
No, you don't randomly die, you have to dodge attacks from the haunted house (which are random) or else you die. Its not that its instant unbeatable death, it was just a little something to keep you on edge. I realize now that many find it annoying more than anything, but i wanted to put as much into the gameplay as possible. I have something great planned for the second so hopefully you'll be back to check it out :) thanks for the review!
I hated the mirror thing
it made me want to play it less...
Not sure when you played it, but it now requires "more effort" in order to bring out the "mirror thing", either you did exactly what it requires or you played this before the update. You weren't the first to dislike it, therefore it should now be a little harder to bring out of the game :) read in the walkthrough for help on how to do this :)

I thought this submission was really fun. I actually liked the bathroom mirror gag. I read that the items were an afterthought but paybe it would be kewl if they had a purpose or more then a tiny diff. Overall great game, can't wait to c more of em.

Very scary, good graphics, but how in fuck do you kill that little bear bastard? Personally, I would have just taken that deathtrap axe and hacked the little shit to pieces,lol
LOL, ya know its funny you say that, i almost made the axe as an item to pickup in order to beat the foes. Then i decided i would rather go with the movement keys in order to beat em.
