hmm..

definitely something different. But is it hip hop? I honestly can't answer that myself. Really looking at this track from a producers prospective.. It sounds trance-ish. I see you used the horn thats used in hip hop instrumentals but just cause it's in this song doesn't change genre of the beat. I respect the direction your going in, your at the state of mind i was at during 2006. the kicks at 0:22 feels off btw.. The kick could hit a lil more on point.. Oh and brah real shit.. take this beat back to tha lab and work on it... it's far from done. If you added some clever hi hats, maybe that would bring the hip hop feel to this more. Keep up the good work & check out my new single "Who Got It" -1-

Yea ive read some reviews like this. Not that I received them, but I hear ya. For me rap has changed alot. Starting listening in the mid90s and now look where it is at. I can say some of it is better and some is not. I think beats are progressing quite a bit. Lyricism is average id say though. Still have to say Im content

anyways..great track right here. 5/5 and download. this is a really easy beat to get entranced in. haha...this kinda reminds me of your older beats as well..well keep up! PEACE!
