Pretty good...

.... there needs to be a lot more Rurouni Kenshin/Samurai X animations on this site.

I like how you're doing this, with somewhat of an alternate retelling of the Bakumatsu period of the storyline but with the inclusion of in-series Japanese voices as well. Fairly good idea, but the fact of the matter is that several of the lines really didn't flow at all with the plot and were obviously only added because they were somewhat similar to the point you wanted to make. If you continue working on this, I suggest that either you drop the voice acting all together or keep it but just change the sub lines.

In spite of that, very well done. The animation's absolutely killer and you deserve major props for the work you put into this.

Much better than the first

This one really was great, since it was much longer and had a more detailed fighting scene. The subtitles were much improved, and there was actually some story to it. Hope to see the next one.

You are an amazing animator. The animations were so fluid. This is the best Kenshin flash on here and I hope to see more. I only had 2 problems: 1)When you only see the people's feet, they're a lot slower than the sound. 2) When Kenshin opened his mouth, after he killed 2 of them, no sound came out. Other than that, I loved it and you should make more.

I do believe

I have read the author's comments, and a good ammount of the other reviews. I can understand why so many think they have this episode, or that you copied directly. I myself love Kenshin and own the whole series. While this flash closly resembles the battle between Saito and Kenshin in Samori X, it is only based on it. It was kept very close to how the battle between them took place, and so it is only understandable for someone to jump down the throat of the animator of this flash and say "You copied!"

I do believe that the voice acting was taken directly form the series. However, with all the complaints that the Japanese wasn't "real," from Part 1, is it any wonder why the author would make that choice? Well, you can't please all of the people all of the time.

I also don't believe you traced the work either. However, the suggestion to make your own character and use your own voice acting isn't a bad idea at all. You have the talent, so be creative. If you want help, I would be more than happy to.

All in all, good job. Take what you can from the negative only to improve. If it is nothing but a short, un-helpful coment like "Nice job tracing" then ignore it. Ignorance isn't constuctive.
