Although the drawing wasn't too good the animation was brilliant.
I can tell that you put alot of effort into this, and you have some good ideas (flash grenades and kicking the door in).
Nice choice of music aswell, maybe you could of used some voice acting though.
I suggest you buy a wacom tablet, it's worth it if you want to take animating any further.
Overall a very good animation, and I think you deserve more than daily 5th :)

Definetely a good cartoon
This was a great submission. It was highly original with a lot of style of old detective comics/radioshows and the storyline and narration was spot on.
The graphics for the mos part were original and good (however I'd stay away from too much gradient and 1 size lines from now on).
The sound was very scenic and set the mood and the fighting scene was very well animated. Good work.

So. The art itself wasn't as nice as a lot of entries I've seen here on Newgrounds, but your style is impeccable. The songs that you picked to portray the feelings for each scene was absolutely superb. I also like circular storylines; where the beginning synchs up so well with the end. (very Quentin Tarantino) I could tell you had a definite vision of what you wanted for each scene via the angles you used. The fight scene was a little too slow, but the animation itself was smooth. Kudos to you! :o)
That's cool, because I found chosing songs and creating a story to be the hardest parts :D. Kudos to you too.

Wow, this was impressive! I love the comic book style you gave this, It kind of reminds me of a classic detective movie.
The backrounds were great, I especially liked the beginning hotel backround with the rain and puddles. It gave off a nice dramatic vibe.
The characters movements were hard to make I imagine, because all of it looked frame by frame. I give you much kudos for that, FBF is tough. But sometimes it looked a bit choppy...maybe you should of increased the FPS? That of course, would mean more work, but well worth it.
Another scene I thought was great was the SWAT officers running down the flights of stairs with their machine guns. I liked how they swung around the turns to go down the next set of stairs.
I really liked the story also, not too many flashes in the crime/police genre in newgrounds. Pretty original.

Cheers! It's not the FPS per se, I animated about 10-14 frames per sec in focus. However, I'm not quite mad-skills yet so at places it gets kinda wierd ^^. Thanks for review!
