Reviews for "S.I.N :: "Tortured Soul""

not bad

it seem very interesting in my mind so. Well hope to see more of the series

FUCKIN good

it was alot better than genisis a lot better i might say but in the next episode have more combat and stuff and explain who the FUCK the other people are in genisis( you kno the part where it show the four people lik weapon and kain and the other two) cause i really want to kno more about them and what they have to do with the story

it was pretty good

visually it was amazing for a flash, the story line and drawings are great the only thing that made me not go "OMG AMAZING" was the fact that kain's voice was...uhm...not....good

Not great.

I tried to like this. I was digging the drama and the anime-esque, very good animation. However, there were several faults that plagued this flash from beginning to end.

First of all, the voice acting was terrible. TERRIBLE! Unforgivably horrible. The kind of horrible where you go past the point where you laugh at how bad it is and reach a point where you just cringe and think, "Jesus, that's as good as he could do?" It was just out and out unbearable to listen to. Granted, you can mute it, but I'm sure you weren't going for that.

Next on the list of bad things is the story. It's a drab, poorly thought out, and overused/trite plotline. It could be said that all plotlines have been reused, but good writers know how to give it a twist of their own flavor and not make it quite so familiar. This lacked any kind of originality. Plus, its original story sucks because it's that classic amnesia thing where you have to guess why he's there and have numerous flashbacks. Gag...

Finally in the cons is the choppiness. This is really not a big problem and is quite nit-picky, but the animation isn't exactly smooth. More frames in between the ones you have would give a smoother transition of movement. This is more of a thought to take into consideration for your next animation than anything else.

On a lighter note, there were quite a few good things. As I said before, this has great animation. Your characters brim with personality (which is more than I can say for their voices) and the realism tacked on to the anime style is quite impressive. It's obvious you put a lot of work into this, which makes me sad that you didn't take the time to fix a few details.

The music was befitting and lovely. It helped the tone of the scenes and gave a lot more life to this flash than anything else in it. The sound effects weren't necessarily bad, but definitely nothing special.

All and all, this is nothing more than potential. I hate to be so forward when it seems like you worked hard on this, but with atrocious voicing and a bland story, it was not fun to watch this flash. I give it a 3/10 and a 1 out of 5. This is just to pay tribute to what was good. If it wasn't for the impressive drawing skills, this would've been an easy zero.
.

What music was in this flash?

Hi! I know what the title theme is but what were the other songs you used during the flash? Thanks.
