Unplayable.
The backgrounds don't mix well with your horrible furry head tetris pieces, and the sound effects are jarring and lame. There's absolutely no reason to remake Tetris for flash, billions of people have done it better than you.

Okay, a good remake, it was good. A few things to go at. One, please use real tetris tiles instead of little heads. Two, you need the little window that shows what piece is coming next, and three, try using photoshop for the BCKGRNDS or something, those cut away at the entertainment. I always was a wiz at tetris, and did great on this one, but... Tetris is boring now.... Im still giving it a good score because it met its intended purpose. Good job.

---- When a piece touches something, it instantly stops. I feel it should give us a second to shift it left/right so we could - for example - fill in the gap created if a Z/S block is our first piece.

Though it'll be great coding/design practise, making a Tetris game is unlikely to rock anyone's world due to its prevalence already.
You're missing things...
You need a thing that shows the next piece coming up... and you need one of those long pieces that are perfect for 4-line maker... thingies...
