Does this movie take place in Haibane Renmei's universe or something? If not, why use its music without even giving credit?

Thanks so much for this teaser! I adored the first Lilium flash. It was so poetic and strange, so beautiful in such a compelling way. I know that the series is going to be one of my absolute favorites. I'm very excited!!
