I like the piece, but I don't think the different colors work together too well. It needs more definition between the different elements, as right now I see a bunch of pink pixels. The elements themselves are very well done, but they don't work with the background.

Also I want to point some good things about this artwork
• The Pixel-ed graphics look nice, and interesting to what this is talking about
• Overall nice detail and sketching
• My favorite part here in this artwork (that should become a game already :P ) is the guy on the left (Who looks like he has Halo armor on :3 ) and the HUGE boss in the middle both remind me of when retro gaming first came into the gaming world (Those were some good times ;3 )
Overall nice graphics, and details, and should really be modified into a gif. artwork ;)
