It's a good drawing, but it's not a good rendition of The Joker.
I suppose it's alri.ght, considering you based it off of Heath Ledger's version and not the "true" version.
As a drawing unassociated with The Joker, I'd give it a 8-9 but as a drawing that's supposed to adapt The Joker as a female, it's around 1-4

Excellent artwork. Saying anything more would be a futile thing to do. However, I do would like to criticize the use of the phrase 'love, Joker'. That is not something the Joker would say, whether he is portrayed as a man or a woman. The Joker is above all anti-social and thus is incapable of love. He would also never use it in a sarcastic way.
