since i'm a nice guy, i shall help you, but there isn't much to say except that yoiu should definatly check out the tutorials on NG (found on the flash portal, at the buttom) and something i can teach you (but is also told in the tuts)
1) keep your filezise low (means, don't use bitmaps, pictures u downloaded/saved on ur pc)
2) make a decent story even if it is just a music video
3) check the preloader(it doesn't work how it should)

Umm...

This is really weird. but i like Halo enough so this seems reasonable. Over i guess i liked it try to work better on the graphics. You said this was your third submission so i can't judge you. anyway i did make me laugh so good job.

well i enjoyed making it so i don't care if it looks crappy. i don't understand y ppl expect things to be a certain way. art is a selfish process and the way things turn out reflect how the person that created them wanted it to be. so all this stuff you guys are telling me doesn't really matter. and idk y u care. it makes me laugh when i see it and thats all that matters to me.

Dude, it was an alright song, but there are better Muse songs out there than that. I liked the animations, unlike many people, I don't care if they're not smooth. But add some background!!! Blank white is boring!!
