Awesome animation. 3.5 because of the lack of voice acting, wouldn't of minded bad voice acting, any at all in english would do tbh. Also there were a few things that didn't make sense.

Was REALLY Good, but not 5 stars because even though the animation is GOOD, it could be better at certain area's of the animation. Also, I was REALLY enjoying it up until the whole "Super Saiyan 4 Goku with a the yellow hair" Because that's what it looked like. I'm sorry but even though GT wasn't that good, the Super Saiyan 4 concept was amazing, I loved GT for that, and the black hair really is cooler at this point than the yellow. But also I don't see why you even made Goku go through that transformation, when honestly, you could have made it MORE like the actual anime by keeping Goku at Super Saiyan 2, because it looked like he was just about evenly matched with Xeon, but Xeon was just a TAD stronger, in which case, all it would take to beat him would be a amazing clash of Goku's Super Kamehameha, VS whatever Xeon's power blast is. Just trying to help you in the long with future animations of DBZ work, considering if this WAS the anime, what I just said would have a 75% chance of happening. But again, it was a Good flash, nice animation, and great concept of a villain, but could have been done just a bit better. Hope this helps in future animations! :D

i see what you did you grabbed the hair style of ss4 but made it into a golden hair without the fur it was nice but still should of kept it the way it was
