Boring
If you're gonna rip off Tetris, you should at least try to do something new with the game more than just tack on a violent theme. This was actually worse than the original; slower, more dull, worse control, and most importantly, the point bonus for clearing 2, 3, or 4 rows with one move is gone. Making a 'Tetris' has no reward whatsoever, and that makes this game fail.
Weird Concept..
I love tetris and I felt that the game itself was made decently with a few issues. Agreeing with a previous poster, you need to make the press+hold Left or Right arrow to move it faster. Also, it appears that you can only remove 1 line at a time? It seemed to me at least, perhaps my memory is not as polished as it once was, but it kind of cramped my style. Overall, not a bad execution of a original concept.
Shit...
Just a few things that were not cool.
First: You can lose even if you don't get to the top. I don't feel like losing a game just because Timmy wanted to see more blocks disappear. Fuck you Timmy.
Second: The picture that is suppose to show your next piece wasn't always right. WTF is that about?
And Last: I think the game was out to get me! I swear to God, all I needed was a strait piece so I could make 4 rows disappear. I didn't see one for like another 2 minutes. That's a guestimate of course because by that time Timmy already blew his fucking brains out because I took too damn long. I didn't reach the top or anything, oh no. The little bastard just got impatient. You know what Timmy, just give ME the fucking gun!
But besides that, not bad... \=)

If I clear a line, I get 10 points.
If I clear four lines at once, I get... 40 points. What version of Tetris did you get that from?
Overall, just a fairly good remake of the game. My only other complaint would be, if you're going to throw in something extra, I'd rather it have to do with the gameplay, and not just some weird storyline.
