It was Ok
It's a pretty good tutorial and helped a lot, but could use a lot of changes. There are only 3 special effects that we can learn, you need to make more.

Please, don't make tutorials where you teach people to use bad effects.
Which Part is the Tutorial?
Unfortunately you havent explained the steps well enough so that someone with little or no flash experience would be able to follow them. The actual effects look good though. Add a Few more steps and we'll all be singin in the rain(bow).
