Pretty Nice
First thing I have to say is that I LOVE the easter egg XD
I liked it although I found part 1 more entertaining with all the different games he had to travel through. Part 2 was just mario and luigi fighting the whole time and it got kind of old. The ending seemed kind of rushed like they were in the elevator and the whole building crashed down. I do like the little "Mushed Potato" stand in front of the castle though.
Maybe if it had a better ending/some more variety like the first one I would have liked it more

You didn't just use default sprites! hooray!
But a couple things that need improving.
1: there is almost nothing but fighting. Seeing mario fight for 3-4 minutes isn't very entertaining, unless its pulled off really, really well.
Three you should idolize. Super mario reloaded, The rise of the mushroom kingdom, and mario brothers. The first is action, the second a down the middle hybrid, and third drama (although there is fighting, thats not the point).
Your not quite the best, but you easily could be! you could be the hero of an intellegent 12 year old! (to get dumb 17 year olds to idolize you, put a scary picture and a scream in the middle of anything)
The damn elevator is slow!
Personally I think I may have liked #1 better. Good fight scene.
It looked like you kinda copied the Power Star
You copied Power Star when you made Luigi evil. The only different things are LUIGI is the one who is evil and they were fighting King Bomb-Omb. You weren't "inspired" with Power Star, you copied it. Took its idea. So I will give you a 7.
