Reviews for "Tankclocks"

Clocks...

I guess I shudda done my movie with clocks as the main characters, this 15 second short seems to be doing really well...

JonBro responds:

Oh, shaddup. What do you know? =P

Erm...

It was alright, a bit slow paced, and a bit too short (I know it's meant to be a short movie), plus the whole plot was SBC wanting to drive, the colours and stuff are like Tankmen, but its too short and storyless for my liking.

JonBro responds:

My next movie will be longer with a story, but it will also be slower paced than this. I'm hoping this isn't a bad thing.

It is hard to imagine how awesome a movie can be at such a low file size. True, there were not a ton of movements, but the artwork was really well crafted and overall looked great. The action that was - was very smooth and was not choppy at all. The contrasting of the black and white Clocks with the incredibly vivid yellows, blacks, and whites of the traditional Newgrounds colors looked really nice. Good use of sound effects as well, the voices all sounded pretty good. I really dug this and will be looking out for more of your work in the future.

I made up a plot for this movie.

Here it goes.
In the year 20XX Clocktopia has been complety destroyed.
The clock race has become extinct.
All that remains is the tank clocks.
But enough of the made up plot.
This movie rocked.
I, joeypwnsjoo, fully support tihe cool flash. ^_^

JonBro responds:

Actually, that was my Brief Movie Description, only using different words.

Thanks!

Lols, this is funny. Haho-haho-haho-haho-haho-haho-haho. Man, that's one retarded clock/lock laugh. Make more! :-D

JonBro responds:

If you aren't familiar with the text-to-voice program Speakonia, that's what I used to make the voices. When you type in "hahahahaha", it sounds like "ho-ha ho-ha ho" when the text is voiced.

Thanks!
