WTH?
who the heck writes a game where i loose ability points when i equip a store bought weapon (the 50 gp wand)? That is either sadistic or stupid, i will not guess which.

Because I read that this was remade I thought "ok, I'll give it another go." Still was a bit repetative. I know you have probably heard this already. I think one thing that would really help this game was if there were more missions. There's only a few things to do in this game right now: kill monsters for points and gold, buy the farm and grow stuff and make potions, find your way home and save up for the best weapon. There needs to be something more. It could be like several other towns where you help people collect things or you defeat so many of a certain type of monster. This game has a lot to it right now but there could be more.

This game was very fresh and innovative and intuitive for a wide variey of features.
I won't go into it though.
Unfortunately, it is not complete. You need more variety, a longer story and a MUCH bigger island.
You also need other activities other than randomly finding Bags of apples and Gold in the light woodland, or fighting a buff mutant/freak/monster that either clobbers you or heals itself.
I know this review is very vauge, but after spending the last few hours playing and reviewing games, I am tired.
The bottom line: Great game, with original and very cool features and interface. Gameplay is very lukewarm, am the game is repetitive. Grab a couple of your RPG-playing freinds, have em play the game, get their ideas, and have another crack at it. It shows very high promise.
