Great game, but
It's really long (unless all Metal slug games are like that, I've never played one before), plus for some reason I got to the final boss and my character didn't move, the boss kep tryign to kill me but I didn't die at all btu still couldn't move, know anything about that? Anyway it's a great game.

866737 that was my score i got 763rd place and beat it :) it was worth it although it was reallyyyy long the funny thing is i had 1 life left and if i would of got hit i would of got game over but i was so lucky :)

medium is not as medium as it seems! ;]
expect a bit of lag if played through the browser and especially on a slow machine. downloading the game is recommended.
one thing i could've used were the upgrades while in the temporary invincibility but of course the coder made it impossible to pick up the upgrades until you were completely solid. :S still this is a definite 5.
replay value is high as there are a lot of tricky elements -- drowning, weirdly angled slopes, enemies have seemingly better weapons -- which need to be compensated for, meaning the learning curve is somewhat higher than just a random shoot and run side scroller. i especially like the use of vertical real estate in the game! totally the opposite of metal slug. 50 lives may seem like a lot but you'll definitely need them!

At the end, after the kind presses button and the football gets popped, I see the sandboss spinning around. I clicked easy, I cannot use my controls, the boss is trying to hit me but he never can, the character is still "breathing". I have 61 lives left, 18 sand dollars, 245 water balloons, and have the little rocket-like watergun (shoots a little fireball of water). I waited a good 8 minutes, no change. I don't see how this is a firefox-only issue, as I am not using firefox, but I am using SBC Yahoo.

ok I know its suppose to be throwing sand in their eyes, but god dang we can pretend we are slapping children with a shovel on the beach cant we? I plan to do this every day, hopefully I wont get arrested.
