Reviews for "Joe Zombie :: Episode 6"

i came back to see if you had made a episode 7.... but none? wtf? you must either hate your fans or youre dead... Ive officially given up on ever seeing a episode 7, super freaking disappointing dude.

Best of the entire series. Now, I'm gonna need to split this review into two parts, because I'm talking both the actual movie, and about the absence of Episode 7. Many people who are reading this may at first think that it's just a stupid rant about how Rob-D is "lazy" and needs to make the stupid episode already. Although in a very fanboyish sense I really do want the 7th episode, there are a few things people forget about this episode and what Rob-D has done with it. Let me explain:

First, let's cover one not-so-major complaint that some people may have. "How dare you kill off Baxter, the idea of such a thing makes no sense!" This is also a complaint I once had when I first watched this, aware that there wouldn't be any more episodes. Well, I have some evidence to clear up the mess and save Rob some hate-mail. Listen to this line in the video implied by Baxter:

"12 years ago my bullet didn't kill you. What makes you think yours will do any better?"

Baxter says this, and Joe Zombie then hears troops and runs away, knowing that he has better things to do rather than kill him. Then troops run in with Shell and shoot Baxter. Remember the line from earlier. Now hopefully that clears things up a little. Now for those complaining that either Rob could have shown more or made a 7th episode, I have one thing to say. I think Rob wrapped the story up okay. People keep sending these requests for another mere episode, just one more chance to wrap it up properly (and even I can admit he could have ended it a little better), not realizing all the simple details that make a 7th episode completely useless. First off, even though Joe Zombie escaped from Baxter near the end, that doesn't mean Robert Hendrix isn't gonna find him and kill him. Heck, Baxter knew that was gonna happen to begin with, so what's the point? If we also go back to the Baxter death complaint again, you'll see that Baxter also knew he was just gonna come back anyways, so even if Robert doesn't kill Joe, Baxter still might.

Alright, enough ranting towards other ranters. Here are my thoughts on the end of the series. First off, I love all the little details added to the inside of MortoGen labs. It really feels like the building's gonna fall apart or something, so it's understandable that when Joe Zombie destroys or wrecks part of the building, it's definitely gonna show. Something else I've noticed is the contrast in size between Joe Zombie and Baxter. Joe Zombie looks so puny in comparison to Baxter, which is funny, considering his extreme body strength. Oh well.

Anyways, I think Rob concluded this well, giving us details on who or what made Joe Zombie into who he is, and I like how each of the characters has their own distinct emotions and that they each change in some way throughout the series, making them become more human and act more lke any other person would.

-Powerdude964, OUT!

This is the grand finale episode bro.

Whooooottt!

I remember watching this at school every week when i was 15/16.. i'm now 23 and still no 7.. did you run out of ideas Rob?

What ever happened to this series I remember I was 10 years old watching this and i'm now 15 almost 16 still waiting for the conclusion. It's a shame it's a awesome series.
