I'm not sure if there's a name, but that's an original piece by Mike Swain, the Blockhead creator. You'd have to ask him about that.

Style: you didn't make Blockhead.
Sound: Extremely funny and random! What will you do about a.. PAPER ATTACK!!!
Violence: None.
Interactivity: It was great, couldn't of asked for more quotes.
Humor: Almost as funny as Blockhead.

I actually didn't really tamper with the sound all that much i that one, sans the occasional miss when noise cutting. I'm trying at least.
