Decent, but...
There are several ways to make this better.
The first is the text. It's hard to read, so you should give it a backround color behind it, or have some voice-acting.
Second, the language. I'm not one offended by swear words, but just
throwing them around like you did makes your movie look amatuerish. Choose your words carefully.
Third. The camera movement was good, but a little much. Tone it down a little, and it'll be perfect. Decent job overall.

but need a bit improvement. camera panning is too much, make me feel a bit dizzy. but the rest is OKAY

A lot better than i thought it would be. Next time make the subtitles readable though, the red against that background kind made them very diffucult to read.

yea, they are hard to ready (too bad I didnt figure that out while making it as I never had the backround viewable ^^;) ill take ur advice into consideration.
