I think I know whats going on in the cartoon. There is a cartoon in the cartoon which features Wonchop Monkey Man, probally set as a fan movie, anyway, WMM reviewed on the cartoon that had WMM and if you dont get this then you are not alone, I sometimes dont understand my own logic.
