I like how you centered in on her just the right amount, and blurred the background ever so slightly with the light coming in from behind her shining against her hair was GORGEOUS! However, I absolutely hated the way you made Mudkip's tail. I'm not quite sure I can offer a tip on how you could fix that issue of making it look better "wagging". One possibility, I suppose, is that you could add more definition to the lines extending out of the tail, that is, if they aren't going to be thick lines. Like, in the first part of the tail, you made the coloration beautifully so that it gave the effect of it extending slightly outward from the tail itself, like one of those chips with ripples in it. This technique would have worked well seeing as how you made the lines that fully scale Mudkip's tail very vague and thin. To dumb it down a bit, the ripple effect on it's tail was inconsistent, thus giving it an odd look, and the other thing is that it looks like a fox's tail when it should be flat, like a fishes fin. It was five-star amazing other than that, though!
