Good story, lack-luster presentation.
Firstly the big thing that got to me was the song, it got really annoying really fast.
Secondly the way it was presented wasn't that great. It had that 1001 wishes style (though this is superior) which I don't like. Its not animated just kinda of a slide show with text.
The actual story is great, well written and heartfelt. I can honestly say this is the best "emotion flash" I've seen on Newgrounds.
All in all this should have been on the front page instead of vengance.
