Good, but could be better..
The spelling in there was very bad when you weren't trying to make the spelling bad. Secondly, the graphics weren't very impressive. The one thing I can't bring down is the humor, but one more thing.
Shouldn't the characters be in their older outfits if Sai is already there?

Okay I have a few things to say about this flash.
1.) The animation and backgrounds were excellent, as well as the camera focus effects, but you probably should have put more characters in shots together, rather than rapidly zooming from face to face.
2.)You drew the charcters nicely. Doesn't Orochimaru have paint around his eyes, though? Hm, was it Envy masquerading as Orochimaru? -.-
3.)This was really funny. It could have been way funnier with audio instead of subtitles, though.
