Not bad, but...
... even if there is no "perfect" AI, you should have made one anyways. Who has the convience of being around other people while their in front of their computer? Not many...
Good idea, bad execution: 5/10

Please show me how to do that.
..........
That was bad. You don't even know that 4 stones start in the middle. I'm Japanese and I'v played GO before. 2 white stones and two black stones start in the middle. Although, GO does have different games. The one I'm talking about is the one most played.
What the hell are talking about? I have never heard of this. Check out goproblems.com or senseis.xmp.net/ or, for that matter, yahoo games. I've never heard of a type of Go where there are 4 stones in the middle and if that is so important to you... just add the stones yourself, smart one. I bet the 4000 year old version of Go that I'm talking about has been most played.
Needs AI
No more that can be said.
it wasnt working
I was just practicing the game and it wouldnt work, as in i put a white one down and surrounded it with black ones but it didnt work. why not. oh and if you clicked on a stone it would disapear even if it wasnt yours.
You answered your own question. When a player surrounds a stone, click on the stone to take it away. This won't pass the turn so the other player can go ahead and play after his or her stones are taken away.
