It's called "satire", it was an intentional example of what "HOT POKEMON HENTAI!!!" really is. All it is are just pictures of pokemon projected on a blue and red seizure background!

Yep, I sure do have the balls to say something about it. Man, I actually WATCHED "HOT POKEMON HENTAI #02", and it was exactly what I described. All it was, was a nice preloader, a nice TV intro, then pictures of NON-HENTAI Pokemon on a seizure background!
