I am? I mean I made it and sent it to bit torrent. The song was techno to begin with, unless I mistakenly picked up a remix. I sped it up like 4 times and added a lot of effects with ACID the music program.

Lets dive into this shall we?
ParagonX9 makes 'remixes', meaning almost the entire song was changed but sounds similar or it was made from scratch. Wikipedia defines 'remixing' as "alternative version of a song, different from the original version." This sounds just like a song copied from somewhere. Danso3000 has a point too, just a few effects added isn't a remix, but maybe if you chopped this up, switched it up, and then added some effects, it would be a remix, but this isn't one.
