Tankmen is and that's probably why you made this, to ride on the back of Tankmen. Others do this too, but good. This has nothing to do with tankmen -other then having them as characters- so what is this? A spoof? No. A tribute? No. An installment in the actual series? No. Next time you make a flash with the tankmen in it, make it about tankmen. And make it funny, this was not.

1.)Shit voice-overs (find better people).
2.)Randomness is only good in a good movie.
3.)Steve doen't reason.

5.)Don't ever do that again.
Summarry: Find better voice-overs, the Captain's not a drunk, therefore do NOT make him a heavy drinker, and use some more sophisticated and not so immature "humor."
