Some improvements made

You've taken on board the comments made about the music loop and have fixed that, which is nice to see and hear. The tutorial is a good one, but I'm still waiting to see the new graphics (or am I being too picky here?)

Anyway, I'd change the name of the dictionary to a glossary and I'd add a few more terms to it:

imho - In my humble opinion
FTW! - For the win (Usually added after a person, or action, to show how great it is)
roflmao - roll on the floor laughing my arse off (a combination of lmao and rofl.)

Still, you've improved the flash overall, although with something as versatile as a definative tutorial like this, you can certainly say that there are always improvements that can be made, since Newgrounds is evolving on a daily basis.

Not much of an improvement.

[Graphics]- Nothing different from the original, still the same gloomy colors. The menu now looks too cluttered with the extra buttons in all. You pictures are still pixelated. Make them more visible.

[Helpfulness]- Like your other one, it's pretty helpful. Your pretty frank when your telling the user whats up and how to do this.

[Information]- Pretty much the same material you covered in the original. Maybe add some BBS information and some "fun facts" about NG.

[Sound]- Same old music as the last one. You have managed to improve by adding an on and off button, but you should make them smaller because it clutters the main menu. Add some more tracks too.

[Overall]- Wasn't much of an improvement since your last one. To improve add colors based on the newgrounds layout, add some more tracks, increase the quality of your pictures, and make the main menu neater looking. I would be a good idea to add even more information, because the info in this is similar than your first one. The more the better.

The thing is (don't know if you know) click the badges and other icons because they are links to peoples profiles. I know some of them are out of date because this is 6 months before. That was the improvement.

The music was pretty good. The information you put into this flash was helpful to all of the new people out on Newgrounds. Had a lot of information. This would be useful to the n00bs!

__The Bad__
The pictures you put on here had poor quality. Also, people can just look at the FAQ to find most of these answers.

An informative flash with good information. Nice job on this flash, keep up the good work!

Pretty kool tutorial. I found it informative.

The not bad:
-informative
-interesting
-links (such as diety whistle, i didn't know who had it)

The bad:
-music could change
-graphics weren't good, could have made the buttons 3d or something
-make it funnier, I don't know how but it would be better if it was funnier

I liked how you decided to fix the bugs, and the buttons worked a tad bit better.

~The bad~

Though it's nice you decided to go back into your old flash and make it better, but it is really un-necassary. The bugs really didn't bother me, like I really don't care that the music loops or that the buttons are a little easier to click on. You should've added a lot more information that you missed in the past one, not just fix a few bugs.

Overall, it's good that you went back to fix some bugs and glitches, but you really should've done a lot more while going back. I hope this review was helpful!
