It works.
It's simple, but that's all you really need. The code in the tutorial is correct and that's what matters. You should make the video object first and then apply the code, it's exactly the same, it's just a more logical order to things.

I need help with this.
When I try to makean embedded video, it asks me to import something. What am I supposed to do? BTW Im using 8 pro.

Um... well asumming you followed the instructions carefully, then nothing should go wrong. Personally im using flash mx so i only really know what do to in MX.

Make sure you use insert video insstead of import videa (are they the same thing) is all i can think of. Meh.. PM me and i'll have a think.

Great tutorial but it would be better if you included instructions on how to use a webcam to make interactive games like being able to punch the camera and having it affect what happens on the flash movie.

I have a USB Video Device IN my laptop and there is a tab with USB Video device, but why doesn't it work on flash games?
