Reviews for "§Zeth§ Redemption of the beast"

Zethster gains ground.

It seemed more like a bridge, or sequence, because it never climaxed, it makes for an excellent loop and resemebles the structure of a final fantasy battle song, although I've never play much of it.

The percussion and beats were bass heavy and took chunks out of the orchestra whenever they slammed.

The guitars were a nice rugged touch, but in some instances, if I found myself concentrating on it, the pattern on it would take out the originality of the orchestra and add in repetitivity. It would be nice if died out altogether a minute in.

It was pretty short, I don't think the end did it much justice, but altogether, excluding the beats, it was pretty smooth.

You're not like a lot of composers, you know what you're doing, if you worked on the formula you'd have something everybody would be steering for in their project. Let me know if anything else comes out.

This was just something i had to do, as it was in my head for ages, without me being able to do something about it.
after a while though, i came to the conclusion that i should mix it with some "metal" traits and it appeared like it did.

I still think the piece is done though, even though its short.
The piece wasnt meant to be a full-scale song so it became what it did. :)

Thanks for reveiw

PS:For that final compliment, i thank you alot :)

Another masterpice , my congrats!
My onlyest comment is that it too short !
Good luck , next time!

XGM-Zeth responds:

Its just you sire, I use FL studios, and will not change for a while, as i get fairly decent results with it :)

On this one i used Fluid 3 for drums, Slayer 2.5 for the guitar and the edirol orchestral vsti for everything else.

I'll check out your music now :)

Very good

I really loved the drums. The backing instruments were great and overall sounded very nice. This would be great as a marching to battle type of theme if it was a bit longer. All around a great song and if you ever want a real guitar I'd be more than happy to record what you want.

Once again great song man.

XGM-Zeth responds:

I've always wanted a real guitar in my songs, but i just suck at writing down notes and such for the guitarist :)

This song, consumed alot of my time, and i really hope that people will like it!

I'll promise that my next cross-breed will be with you :D

I have my own style, and well, I just hope people like it ! I'll check for new songs from your side now speed!

Always nice to see (or hear) something new from Zeth!
This sounded very epic. I like the mix between orchestra type sounds and the trap set type drum sound. It was a good length, although it could have been a little longer...
But all in all, it was great. One download, one review, and one fiver from me!

XGM-Zeth responds:

Always nice to see a review from Woogie! I'm glad that you actually liked the crossing-breed, because its a style i might repeat in the future.

About the length, i found it completed and i didnt have anything else to add, so i really couldnt make it any longer without risking it becoming bad.

Thanks for the review!
